[Solid_hgc] how to access HGC detector

Thanks Zhiwen for this very useful information. We have a question for Gary:
Derek and I were looking at this engineering note yesterday, and to us it
appears that the HGC will be suspended via rails along its outer circumference,
and no direct contact with the cone.
1) If this is correct, does this require any changes to the HGC design you made?
2) I assume this will allow us to simplify the design of the curved plate on the
bottom of the prototype, as we discussed last week. Is this correct?
