[Solid_hgc] Final prototype reports posted

Hi,

We completed a second long term leak test (3 months) two weeks ago, and the 
prototype vessel is now en-route to Duke University.  The two reports detailing 
the work at the University of Regina in 2021 are now finished and posted to the 
SoLID DocDB.  The report locations are:
