Thanks everyone for the various comments on the earlier version of our two test 
reports.  We have incorporated those comments, and made various other improvements.

The HGC vessel is mid-way through a two month leak test with minimal pressure 
losses so far.  We will add this to the vessel report before a final version is 
posted on the SoLID DocDB.  We also plan to do another vessel side panel 
deflection test when that is completed.
