[Solid_software] SoLID computing "case study" writeup

Hi everyone,

FYI, attached is a short writeup summarizing the SoLID computing
approach and requirements. This, along with simular writeups from other
collaborations, will become input to a whitepaper on future nuclear
physics computing at the Exascale, to be prepared by the DOE Office of
Nuclear Physics, joint with the Office of Advanced Scientific Computing
Research (ASCR) later this summer.

If anyone has any feedback on this writeup, please let me know so I can
keep an up-to-date document at hand. I'm sure we'll be asked for this
information again in the future ...
