[Solid_software] [mEIC_det_software] moving to centos7.2

Dear All

There are some small issues using centos7 for simulation, please work on 
ifarm1101 (still centos6.5) for production use.
Please let me know any issue you see when you are testing it on 
ifarm1401 and ifar1402 which has centos7.2
