[Solid_software] debugging of merging SIDIS background code

I uploaded my code in:
https://jlabsvn.jlab.org/svnroot/solid/subsystem/ec/mergeBKG, and the file
"mergeHallDBkgTrees_SIDIS.cc" need to be debugged. The "Readme" file
explain the details. Thank you very much for your attention and kind help.
