[Solid_software] task on redmine

Hi, All

We have most of tasks from wiki at
https://hallaweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/SoLID_Study#2017.2F06-2017.2F11
added on redmine at
https://redmine.jlab.org/projects/solid-software/issues/gantt

As you can see, "Feature" work more like a dir to define the scope of 
the work which doesn't have a time limit and should always remain open
"task" is like a task and should have a time and name linked to it.

Please register on the site so that you can edit it and tasks can be 
assigned

We shall look into moving wiki (at least software part first) and link 
git (once we move from svn) to redmine.
This could take sometime.

Please give comments and suggestions
