[Solid_software] Fwd: Meeting Monday 27th @ 2:00 pm: VMM for SoLID GEMs

The VMM3 can give time other threshold in TDC mode only.
Timing resolution is expected to be 10 ns lvl. We should be able to tell if
there is a pile looking at the tot and amplitude.
Since shaping time can go down to 25 ns, it might be ok.

Would it be possible to put this in the simulation and see how bad is the
occupancy ?
