[Solid_software] conversion from svn to github and "solid_release"

Dear All

The conversion from solid svn to github is done and the svn is frozen as 
read only.
The code is at
https://github.com/JeffersonLab/solid_gemc

It was wrapped in inside container which should be standard release method.

The conversion of various generators from svn to github is still under work
