[Solid_software] test solid_gemc with longer endcap and gemc devel

Dear All

Here is how to test solid_gemc with longer endcap and gemc devel
see "run with latest gemc devel" at
https://github.com/JeffersonLab/solid_release/blob/master/howto.md
It will be updated from time to time.

The "longer endcap" is represented by "moved" in gcard name.
3D field map v1 made in 2018 and its matching solenoid cad model are 
used as default
3D field map v2 made in the last couple weeks is also available for test.
