*2020/07/28
** Jinlong updated the SIDIS_He3 GEM with VMM can reach 90\% efficiency 
(track found correctly), while PVDIS was shown 80% previously. JPis and 
SIDIS_NH3 will be worked on
** Weizhi showed thin Copper shielding before PVDIS GEM1 can reduce some 
100k photon which gives large energy deposition in GEM, but it can 
generate more secondary charge particles and he will work on further 
optimization. PVDIS with longer endcap is being worked on also
