[Solid_software] note about solid work and volatile disk

With help from Scicomp, /work/halla/solid zfs backup doesn't take its 
disk quota any more.
So it shouldn't happen again that its free space shrinks even after you 
delete a lot of files.

/volatile/halla/solid has 30TB quota and 15TB reserved.
df doesn't show correct usage, so use the weblink instead at 
https://scicomp.jlab.org/scicomp/volatileDisk/project
Please be careful when you save a lot of files on it.
If you fill it close to full, all other files will be deleted no matter 
how old they are.
