[Solid_tof] SoLID TOF requirement

It's great that you will come to Jlab for the upcoming SoLID meeting!

Some info here can be useful when you are thinking about fast TOF(MRPC, 
LAPPD, MACP-PMT .. ) for SoLID

I think the main question is that if TOF can have good resolution at the 
SoLID high rate environment.
See my slide 3 showing rate of particles entering TOF
My other slides showing MPRC rate is based on assumption how MRPC 
response to the particles coming.
We would need help from TOF group on simulations and experiment test to 
really know this.

We can use solid_tof at jlab.org for discussion and I have added you two 
into the list.
