[Solid_tof] solid mrpc trigger response

Hi, Mickey,
At the next SoLID collaboration meeting 8/26-8/27, I would like to have
a discussion on
TOF improvement R&D. It will be very helpful if you can be here for the
discussion.
Will you be able to attend?
