[Solid_tof] SoLID TOF todo list in near future and plan for next meeting

Dear Yi

Thanks a lot for sharing Fenfen's slide.
It seems her simulation and digitization work is in pretty advanced 
stage already.
By using her method and maybe even some of her code directly, we could 
get some results before March.
Please let me know her availability and I can setup a doodle poll for a 
meeting.
