[Solid_tracking] GEM data size and rate

Hi, Alex

To understand GEM data size and rate, I looked back into your direct 
review slide (attached), where p24 is for PVDIS and p33 for SIDIS, got a 
few questions
1. I don't see where GEM size or number of channels comes into play.
The current size ratio PVDIS/SIDIS is about 1.5 (we would need to decide 
how to segment PVDIS into SIDIS to know it more accurately.)
2. For GEM occupancy, what did you use as input? Especially for SIDIS, 
its digitization has never been done.
