[Super-g] odd beam energy plot

Hello

I posted a plot of the beam energy vs run number (extracted from pass0_v5 
g12an m5 data) at:

  It shows that the energy peak observed in the
data around 3 Gev starts about run 56437? There are not cuts for this
plot (other than the skim to m5). The piling of events on 3 Gev gets worse and 
then better again w/run # (after about 56840?)
