[Svt-eic-participants] Workshop on Silicon Pixel-based Particle Vertex and Tracking Detectors towards the US EIC

Dear Participants and Speakers,

Welcome and thank you for your interest in this workshop.

Please find information on the participants and speakers, and the timeline of the presentations on the Indico web page that can be reached from the workshop website:  https://www.jlab.org/conference/SVT-EIC .

The workshop will begin this Wednesday 2-September at 10am (New York time).  On Tuesday afternoon we will open the Indico web page for speakers to begin uploading their presentations.

This is a workshop and we would like to have as much discussion time as possible. It is important that the speakers stay within the allotted time slot, which includes the discussion time. At the end of each day there are dedicated discussion periods, where results of the day can be reviewed and summarized.
On Friday there is a 45min time slot reserved for focused discussions, conclusions and the path forward.

We like to have some record of this workshop that goes beyond keeping the slides of presentations on the website. We will discuss this as well and your input is important.
