[Svt-eic-participants] Template for SVT-EIC report

Dear all,

I have included in the main.tex a NIM latex template, that generates the attached pdf.
If you input your latex file, figures, references put them into the folder with your name.

  An example is shown in file TEMPLATE and Template.tex

I hope that allows everyone to get started.
