With this email we like to inform you about the second Circular of the  Workshop on PSQ at EIC  (precision studies of QCD at the EIC) which will take place July 19-23, co-hosted by APCTP in South Korea and the CFNS in Stony Brook. This is a follow-up on the first workshop in a series on IR2 at EIC.
