Dear speakers at the workshop,
As we discussed at the end of the workshop, we like to collect the write-ups
of your presentations. We settled on 2-4 pages for each presentation, that we want to put into one package and make it available to the interested community, e.g. post it on the arXiv's, and have it possibly published in a journal.
We like to have all presentations collected by October 2.
Below is the link to an overleaf site where you find folders with your names. Please put all text, figures and references into that folder. Once we have received all write-ups we will organize according to subjects.

As soon as you receive this email, please check if you can open the overleaf file and put some test file into your folder.
If you are not a speaker but you like to make a relevant contribution, you may open a new folder under your name and include your text and material.
In case of problems with the overleaf, please send email to Linda Ceraul. ceraul at jlab.org<mailto:ceraul at jlab.org>
With best regards,
Volker Burkert
(for the SVT-EIC workshop Organizing Committee)
