Could we please configure the alarm handler for these channels ?


HacB_HPE1313A:0_Ch21 is the beampipe temp.
HacB_HPE1313A:0_Ch24 is the sieve box temp

HacB_HPE1313A:0_Ch22 is the permanent magnet temp.
HacB_HPE1313A:0_Ch23 is a spare and also the permanent magnet temp.

I will put all those in the archiver. They need to be put in the Alarm 
handler.

OPS will put a chime to shut beam off on Ch23 if it goes above 150.
