[Swreq] Software support GPIB for Injector

Morning Pam,
As you probably already know the problem with the Gigatronics power 
meter locking up the injector GPIB buss has resurfaced. We would like to 
move this meter to its own GPIB buss. Since there is no ioc close to the 
meter we have been working on a PC104 solution. J. Yan has been 
developing drivers for a PC104 GPIB module. Do we have someone that can 
work with Jay on the epics interface? Thanks
