Hello All,
The old lock-in amplifiers from Signal Recovery (DSP7220) that are part
of the Hall B nA BPM system are obsolete. Since we have zero spares for
this system and after talking with Arne it was decided to purchase the
new version of the DSP 7220 which is the 7230, of course. Three units
were purchased to support one BPM (X, Y, I)
The ethernet interface for the new units will require a soft ioc and new
control software. We have a network switch in the Hall with at least
three available ports. J. Musson looked over the specs for the new unit
and gave it two thumbs up.

The PR was signed today 12/16 and we hope to have delivery in about 30
days.
