[Swreq] request timetable for SR620 in MCC equipment room

I sent a request for EPICS connection to the SR629 in the MCC Equipment
Room with no requested time to complete.  I would like to have this remote
readback complete and functioning by October 2011 so that it can be used
when we are re-establishing beam this fall/winter.  It would be convenient
to have it by September so that it can be used in procedure
test/development so it is -known- to be ready when we bring beam back in
the fall.
