[Swreq] Request for heater control/readbacks

Hello all,
If possible, would like to install 2 iocs (PC104 type), iochlabcmtemp 
and iochlcbcmtemp for BCM heater control/readbacks for Hall A and C. 
This will enable remote control and monitoring for BCM heaters located 
inside the Halls. S. Witherspoon has already written the application for 
this interface using the PC104 platform with an approved serial card 
(think this lives on iocsb4bcmtc). Have submitted for IP addresses via 
ACE-PR for both iocs.
