[Swreq] Software Support request for vacuum

Hello,

I'd like to request software support for the installation of the 12GEV 
North Linac vacuum system.  This will involve configuring 5 PC104 IOCs, 
and applying the same software and screens that run the South Linac 
system to the North configuration.  As both systems are near identical, 
the hope is that this will be largely "copy and paste."
