[Swreq] New diagnostic ioc SL

Pam,
We would like to add a VME ioc to the beginning of the SL. This is to support the controls upgrade of the insertable dumps (2Kw)in the east arc of the machine. The other two locations of these dumps in the west arc and bsy have already been upgraded to VME controls with new 12Gev era interlock chassis. We have determined the location of the crate and cable runs. Appears to be a pretty standard installation very similar to what was done in the NL to support 12 GeV. Brad is going to order the ioc and get the ball rolling. Does this sound like something you guys can support?  Thanks
