[tcs_hallc] meeting Thursday 12/14

Dear All, 

I think it would be good to have a meeting for TCS this coming Thursday. 
However, I am sick today and I am not sure if I will be better and able to attend/run the meeting Thursday. Could one of you volunteer for taking care of the meeting? 
I will do my best to participate in the meeting and if I can have some updates. I think it is good if you can meet without me otherwise.
