[tcs_hallc] [EXTERNAL] Re: meeting Thursday for TCS or cancel this week?

I guess you could meet without me, I have the forward workshop and hall
collaboration.

One thing I was wondering it seems HD target will not work with electrons
in Hall B.

Would we gain if we used it instead of regular NH3 target ? Though not sure
it would work in photon with CPS.
