[tcs_hallc] meeting Thursday for TCS or cancel this week?

Hello everyone,

it's pity that Alexandre is not available. I wanted to discuss a few 
things related to the trigger and setup. If we decide not to hold meeting 
this week, not a big deal, I can contact some of you by email.
