[tcs_hallc] TCS meeting exceptional time Thursday July 8th at 12

Dear All, 

Since I got no response to the below email but realized that next week there is a conflict with the Hall A/C summer meeting, we will have our next TCS meeting exceptionnaly at 12 on Thursday, July 8th. There is no meeting July 15th, since there is NPS meeting that week. The next to next TCS meeting will be Thursday July 22 at 9 AM and we will meet regularly at this time in alternance with the NPS meetings. Please mark your agenda!

Objet : [tcs_hallc] resume to weekly meetings next week?

Good morning,

I have talked to some of you to resume to our (almost) weekly meetings for TCS. Our goal is to produce something by the end of the summer and provide it to our NPS/CPS colleagues then. I also take advantage of this email to introduce Camille (for those who didn't met her) and Brannon who are working with me this summer on the topic. Tristan is a new graduate student at VT, he is currently not working on TCS but related topics, and you may see him regularly over the time of his PhD.

So far our meetings were Thursday 9 AM as it was very convenient to have this meeting in alternance with the Thursday 9 AM NPS meeting. I would suggest to keep the same timeslot, since we all tend to have tons of other meetings in the morning and it is not too late for our colleagues in Armenia. Another possibility will be to alternate with the 8 AM CPS meeting on Friday's mornings in case the 9 AM Thursday is not convenient anymore (but I am overwhelmed with meetings on Fridays). If anyone cannot make it to these days, please let me/us know and I can set a Doodle and try to have most of the people happy with a new time. However, it would be really great if we can keep a timeslot in alternance with either NPS or CPS in order to not take another slots in our agendas, and have it in the early morning for the meeting not being too late in Armenia.

Please let me know if you can all make it to next week, July 8th 9 AM on Bluejeans. If someone has a request for me to propose a Doodle, please let me know by tomorrow night.

Also, if you have other people willing to join this email list, please ask them to subscribe or to send me an email and I can add them.

If nobody respond, please mark your agenda for July 8th, 9 AM.
