[tcs_hallc] meeting summary Sept. 20th, 2022, new webpage, updated mailing list and meetings info

Dear All, 

I am reactivating our old mailing list for the TCS proposal. I updated the membership list, some of you may have received a welcome email a bit earlier. Don't hesitate to forward if other people want to join or if I forgot someone.

We had a meeting this morning where we went in details through the PAC comments and our action plans to address them, with timelines until December. 

You can find the summary on the newly created wiki page, where we will post all upcoming meetings summary, various information and documentation in the future. The webpage will be completed soon with important documents and we will also use it to post all relevant things. There is also information for next meetings.

Next meeting is expected to be Tuesday Oct. 4th, 8:30-9:30 AM, same link. If you don't hear anything, we will keep this date, but since there are some travel uncertainties for some of us, it is not impossible that we may have to postpone it (we will know later this week).
