[Tdis] TDIS list and updates

Greetings TDIS Collaboration!


This email is just an update to let you know...


1) There is a new TDIS collaboration e-list and you're on it! Please let me know if I should add any missing members from your group(s).


2) There is a TDIS wiki where we post information and talks from our meetings:

3) We have a smaller working group that meets bi-weekly here at JLab and via BlueJeans. If you would like to attend the bi-weekly meetings, please just let Eric Fuchey know and he can put you on that mailing list as well. If you just want to keep up with the info from these meetings, please feel free to read the minutes and/or look at the talks on the wiki.


4) We have just submitted on behalf of the collaboration a request to have the conditional approval status removed (i.e request for full approval). You can read this document here:

Please accept my apologies if your name is on the original proposal and this e-list, but not that document. The collaboration list wasn't fully updated before we submitted. No worries... you are not forgotten if you're receiving this message.


OK, that's it for now! I will try and post information to this new e-list periodically as somewhat major things arise. The wonderful regular progress will be posted on the wiki so as not to spam.
