[Tdis] TDIS catch up

Apologies, all!

Steve and I were in the Senior Staff meeting this morning - which ran about an hour later than it normally does! Whew. On the plus side, it was to look at how to improve operations (clearly a long discussion), so something positive for experiments.

Anyway, I will try and TDIS catch up via slides and meanwhile also wanted to report that we have the meeting plans logistically in place for the 3/19 TDIS collaboration meeting. Mark your calendars! Be ready for a draft agenda to appear today or tomorrow...

Erratum: subject of my reminder was saying "Feb. 10th". It is in fact
Tuesday, Feb. *11th* (hence tomorrow indeed).
For future ref: I always make that mistake... :/ so in doubt, TDIS meeting
will always be on Tuesday (until further notice)
