[Tdis] TDIS collaboration meeting schedule

Dear all,

We had discussed at the TDIS meeting yeserday morning the tentative plan for
the TDIS meeting.
A few suggestions have surfaced from this discussion, posted below:

Suggestions:
* invitations:
  - Tim Hobbs: TDIS experiment in the context of EIC and other
measurements (~30 min)
  - Patrick Barry: modelling pion structure functions (~30 min)
* Split the meeting in 2 mornings instead of 1 full day to better
accommodate for European colleagues, while allowing extra time for theory
speakers.
* Explicit more what the contributors are expected to talk about

Please find attached the updated tentative schedule. The first page of the
document is the schedule pretty much as it has been sent the other day,
with added updates on who has confirmed. and who would need to.
The second page of the document is a /tentative/ schedule if we follow
this idea of splitting the meeting in two mornings.

Please check the schedule and confirm your availability if not already
indicated.
If anyone has a strong argument against splitting the meeting in two days,
please let me know. I know that Paul might not be available on July 21st,
but I had provisioned that in the "tentative 2-mornings schedule".
