[Tdis] TDIS weekly and collaboration meeting thoughts

Hi all,

Please go ahead and (sigh!) TDIS meet without me tomorrow. I have the Jefferson Lab Users Organization meeting to attend at the same time.

Meanwhile, news!... the doodle poll has come up with July 20 as the best date for the collaboration meeting. Please discuss a bit and make sure that this date will work for everyone, and I will send out a message then to alert the full collaboration.

You may also want to discuss the possible agenda a bit tomorrow. Here's a first-try, very rough, straw man, below. It's early-shifted a bit so as not to horribly inconvenience our European collaborators and the talks aren't in any particular order really. What did I forget? Timing ok for talks? Etc... please send input (don't be shy!), or someone take notes of the conversation at the meeting tomorrow!

9:20 - 10 am Nilanga/Kondo - mTPC design status (25+10)

Last possible topic for discussion... should we invite a theory speaker as well? There's been a lot of theory work on the topic as TDIS has become an increasingly large EIC effort. But, it would add time to the meeting. If you think this is a good idea to do, I'd be happy to toss out suggestions! Again, don't be shy with the feedback...
