[Tdis] TDIS meeting tomorrow July 13th, 11:00am EST, online only

Dear all,

I suggest that /unless there is opposition/, we delay the meeting by a
week, but if subgroups want to meet at the same time on their own
channels, they could certainly do so (I'd certainly plan to have a meeting
with the tdis simulation people if the meeting is pushed back).
