[Tdis] TDIS meeting tomorrow July 13th, 11:00am EST, online only

Hi Arun,
I agree with you, we should probably try find a new meeting time slot. I
can set up a doodle poll later today. Still by the time we set this new
time, we will probably end up not having a TDIS meeting this week.
