[Tdis] [EXTERNAL] Review document has been submitted to Patrizia

Dear Collaborators,
The TDIS review document has been submitted to Patrizia, formally
requesting full approval.
Thank you to everybody for all your hard work in putting together the
review document.  I presume the next step will be presentations to the
review committee at some point in the near future. I Will let you know as
soon as I hear back from Patrizia.
