as promised, attached is our response to your document.

We acknowledge the substantial work done but we feel that we cannot
conclude that this experiment will have a successful outcome. Too many
questions arose in reviewing this document than cannot be answered by
simple email exchanges. They require a dedicated review process. We
therefore propose a new review of a new modified experimental proposal
C12-15-006 addressing the topics outlined in the document.
