[Tdis] Reconstruction of 1st track hits in prototype TPC

Orienting the detector with the z-axis along the padboard plane would require a more sophisticated frame to support the preamp boards, which plug into the Panasonic connectors.  It can be done, but would take some time to design and build.  We do have a new frame installed that allows us to at least tilt the TPC at shallow angles relative to the current orientation.  We have it tilted at 10 degrees at the moment and will take some data in this configuration over the next few days.
