[Tdis] HALL A Winter Collaboration Meeting misunderstanding

Dear TDISers

it came to my knowledge that I might have exceeded my powers as a member of the TDIS collaboration.

In the future Hall A Winter collaboration meeting (26-27th January) the Committee asked for two talks from TDIS, one about the progress of the mTPC and one more general. I thought that I brought this topic to our biweekly meetings, in particular the November 10th meeting, which Aruni was postulated to present the mTPC talk (confirmed by email, on November 11th). The case is that the general talk, I thought nobody was interested and because I presented the talk several times (3 seminars and 2 DNP in just 3 years) I offered (or that is what I thought) to do it again. But memory is a bastard, and apparently what I thought it was discussed, it was not.

So, I sincerely apologize for this misbehavior to the collaboration and I would like to offer the talk to somebody else. As I said, if I put my name is because I have the talk practically done, but I have enough work with the Hall A meeting and the Hall C next week, besides my regular duties with the Grinch detector and CLAS RGC.

Sorry again for this mistake, and please contact me to set the name in the INDICO agenda ASAP.

Cheers
-Carlos
