Dear TDISers,

We all know the present date to shut down the lab is November 17th. We all wish, that won't happen. Nevertheless, It is still a good idea to compile an alternative list of emails to communicate after the shut down of all the JLab services.

In the email below, you have the link to a spreadsheet where you can fill with the email we can use to communicate. I suggest use your institution email to keep the privacy. Obviously that doesn't apply to the members of JLab.

Thank you

Cheers
-Carlos

Subject: Alternative email list

Dear TDISers,

Interesting times to come. In order to be prepared for the imminent shutdown of JLab, we need to organize how to communicate ourselves.

I created a spreadsheet, which in principle everyone with the link should be able to edit, to be filled with an alternative email to jlab.org.

TDIS Alternative Maillist<https://olddominion-my.sharepoint.com/:x:/g/personal/cayerbeg_odu_edu/EUob_i-Ei-lBu7bpu6WLLj8BAW59cePOFOwl-Xaqn6YdOA?e=HX3F3s>

It is expected all IT services to be down, that includes the maillist. So, for the time being, we will use of this temporary mailllist. Please do not delay filling it, and do not hesitate to communicate with me for any question.

Thank you

Cheers
-Carlos
