The "TED" restricted parking area (the old Mortensen trailer site) is
not completely finished, however it is complete enough to allow for
parking, since people have already started to park there.  The
"Restricted Parking by Permit Only" signs are posted on Lawrence Drive
and cones are being placed to provide the users with a safe path from
their vehicles to the newly built walk bridge.

Mike Lewellen, please inform security to start patrolling the area
tomorrow.  For this week - issue a notice to those parking in the area
stating that they need to obtain a parking permit from Dr. Chandler
before parking in this lot and tickets will be issued to those without a
permit starting next week.

The P.O. to complete the construction of the temporary parking area is
scheduled to be released today.  During this construction, Facilities
will close the parking area to allow for the work to be completed.
