Good question Joseph.
The following statement is from the initial email sent by Ron regarding 
the water.  Also, I am attaching the report that was sent to Rusty from 
Dr. Chandler.

There have been a couple of complaints that the water in the TED made them feel ill. Facilities was asked to test the water quality and report back to us. The comments from Dr Chandler and the attached report indicate that the water quality is okay.
