[Ted_55] Fwd: 3 Wheel Bicycle Surevy

Facilities has purchased six three wheeled bicycles. Four are located in the TED High bay and two are located in building 19. 

If you are currently using them, I have a very brief, but extremely important survey for you to fill out. And if you haven't, give one a try and help with the evaluation. A hard hat is required when using the bikes. 


Please answer these few questions and return your responses to Bob Sperlazza at sperlazz at jlab.org. Responses need to be sent by the end of September. 


Bike Survey - answer yes or no (you are welcome to comment on any question as well). 

Stability – 
1. Do you feel the bikes are stable while you are riding them? 
2. Do you feel that bikes will tip over while you are riding them? 

Safety – 
1. In your opinion, does wearing a hard hat add any value to protecting you while riding the bike? 
2. Would you feel safe riding the bike without a hard hat? 

Availability 
1. Are the bikes available to you when you need them? 
2. Would you like to see the Lab Purchase more? 


Product Comparison – 
1. Which Bike do you prefer to ride? Yellow Husky or Black Worksman
