[Ted_55] The TED paving project

I just spoke with Ken Mitchell about the carts, cars and paving and here is the plan. 
The parking lot behind the TED is being prepped for pavement. The project will not be completed until around the 19th. No cars will be allowed in the area until that is finished and we get the okay from the Lab. 

As far as carts are concerned, all carts will need to be charged tonight. Ken has agreed to let the carts stay in the back until the area is ready to be worked on. He will then give me (or the person who agrees to the responsibility of making sure the carts are moved) a call, and we'll have to move them for a day or two. Please do not keep the cart keys on your person for the next couple of days. It has not yet been addressed where to park when one has a heavy load to bring into the building, since the inconvenience will only be for a couple of days it may not be a problem.
