[Ted_55] Usage of automatic door opener

Signs have been placed at the doors of the TED Lobby asking occupants and visitors to refrain from using the automatic door openers when coming into the building unless it is absolutely necessary, ie: disabled or both hands are full, . 

Along with conserving energy, there are two people who are assigned to the work-spaces behind the reception desk. When the doors are automatically opened, they stay opened for no less than 20 seconds, which is enough time for the cold air to cancel any warm air flowing in their work areas. This makes for a very cold and uncomfortable work space. So once again, we ask for your consideration and cooperation when you enter or exit the building.
