[Tensor-sidis] Calorimeter parameters lu, lv and lw

Hello Nathaly and all,

Here is NIM paper: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0168900220300309 which details for lu, lv and lw for the CLAS12 calorimeter. The readout for V and W planes are from the same side (towards the longest strip of U plane), so the cartoon in page 12 should be understood accordingly.
